Hello flipkart, This is my first order from flipkart and i have had the worst experience of my life. I ordered a google pixel 2 (64gb) from your website on 9 dec, 2017 and my product was to be delivered today. As i was awaiting the phone to be delivered i received your message stating the shipment has been cancelled. I immediately called your customer care to confirm and what i hear is the worst and lamest excuse that since the product was ordered by a lot o[censored]sers hence the shipment has been cancelled by the seller. For 2 days we were tracking the shipment which was already shipped from secunderabad to new delhi. And all of a sudden today you tell me the seller cancelled the shipment due to bulk order. Are you trying to fool your customers? I ordered this product as a gift for my brother on his birthday. Since the product was available on a discounted price, we placed the order. Order id: od[protected] Return id:[protected] I am literally devastated. How do you even expect people coming and ordering from your website when you provide the worst service like this? How can you cancel someone's order in the middle of the shipment? I need to get my phone today. If you do not look into this i will definitely file a complaint in consumer court and ensure that a word of mouth spreads about your pathetic delivery system. This is a problem between you and your seller, not my problem. I need my phone as i was expected to receive it today. And if this is your quality of service, moving forward i would ensure none of my friends or family use flipkart and definitely inform as many people as possible about your poor service on social media.
