[Resolved] Flipkart — someone used my brother's debit card on flipkart

Vinod Maurya (my brother) had not done any POS transaction on flipkart by using his bank of india debit card on 23rd & 24th march 2018 but he got message that he had done POS transaction of Rs.10999/-, Rs.13365/- and Rs. 6550/- on flip kart by his rupay card no.6069xxxxxxxx5744 but he had not done any shoping even he is never using his card for any payment. Please make refund as per followings transection details - [[protected] ₹ 6500/-] bdipg/lb[protected]/flipkart [[protected] ₹ 10999/-] bdipg/lb[protected]/flipkart [[protected] ₹ 13375/-] bdipg/lb[protected]/flipkart Settlement to the vendor and refund the amount and if possible trace the shipping address so that we can find the fraudster. Jun 6, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 07, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it. Verified Support May 06, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer has raised the complaint stating someone has made multiple transaction through his debit card. We have interacted with customer, apologized and informed customer to get in touch with the Cyber Crime for further assistance. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
