[Resolved] Flipkart — sony 1 tb hard disk | |||
I have purchased sony 1 tb external hard disk and it's not deducted to my sony tv. I am complained 4 times from 15 days. Every time postponing the issue. When i gave 1st complaint they have given time 5 working days to resolve. And next complaint given after 5 working days they have given another 5 days to resolve the issue. I have informed them to return my product and refund my money. Simply they are telling seller is not accepting the refund or replacement. When i call customer support they are saying wait for some time will escalating your issue to seller / concerned team. But not resolved my issue still now. Verified Support Nov 24, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund will be initiated once the product is picked and will be completed within 7 business days of initiation. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
