I have sold micromax canvas 2 plus The buyer return the product saying that phone was heating When my product was in transit courier boy don't give me my product and marked status delivered i asked him and raised a claim on flipkart flipkart complain to hub and then one day hub deliver me my product when i unbox i got dummy phone and the i claim flipkart saying that you can only claim one time. I have all call recordings video recording call recording of hub manager courier boy but flipkart is no accepting my request as flipkart is saying you have already raised claim one's. i am a seller selling product i got lots of times if got return from ekart which is with flipkart logistic wrong items coming or missing goods found in return courier but they give same copy paste reply every time
"The claim has been rejected after a detailed validation and investigation of the mentioned orders return journey".
they don't educate sellers what is the reason behind why they decline claim nothing at all.
