I have received a samsung Headphone GH59-13091A Wired Headphones White IMEI/SrNo: [] / samsung white erphone Order Item ID[protected] Order ID OD[protected] Order Date 02.02.2015, 6.56 p.m Retail Invoice 2020...I have ordered this product for my Samsung Duos 2 S7582...But the product has very poor sound...The radio is not running properly and person cannot understand what music is about what lyrics are...I am so disappointed with the quality of product...I strongly desire for the change in product or return of my money... Verified Support Feb 11, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer multiple times number not reachable, when checked in[protected] already addressed the issue and sent email for asking for bank details for refund. Hence closing the case.
