[Resolved] Flipkart — super bad customer support | |||||
Recently i have bought so many products from flipkart. But did not know they treat their customers in such a bad way. Not only bad it's pathetic. Worst customer service rather i say. I booked a phone cover with wrong colour basically i didn't understand when i saw it on website. So after got the product i placed a replacement request to get an another one with right colour. Not only that i called customer care & spoke to an executive to confirm it and he confirmed the same to me after putting me in hold for a long time. Whatever i was quiet satisfied. Than the original picture came. I got notifications about my replacement product delivery and i found that the same colour is coming to me again. So again i contacted customer care and now the executive talked to me was too much unprofessional. First of all i got to know the previous executive has given me a wrong commitment or miss commitment, which is not possible as per the policy. Than naturally i got bit angry and demanding my problem to be resolved. During that time this executive suddenly started speaking in english with foreign accent without my concern however he had started this call with hindi. It was like let's try some english and customer will disconnect the call by feeling uncomfortable or having less knowledge of english. Whatever, i was not satisfied in anyway by this executive due to his unprofessional behaviour so i told him to transfer the call to senior. Now the one more unprofessional guy came into picture. He tried to teach me all policies and all but was not able to give the answer, why i was miss committed by a previous executive and not even tried to solve or understand my issue at least for once. Just repeating the same word sorry again and again. I think company should be sorry for those executives. Flipkart is committing so many things here and there, announcing big billion day and all but not able to solve a very simple problem of customer. Every executive of flipkart is rude and unprofessional. They don't know how to speak with customer, how to respect their emotions. If this is the way to provide service than i must say i did a big mistake to deal with flipkart and i will never try to buy anything from flipkart ever. My account id is bose85.
