Flipkart — Technical Issue :: Wrong Billing details | |||
We have booked order for redmi 3s prime vide order number OD[protected] on 14.12.2016 through registered email I'd and mobile number via Flipkart . At the time of ordering due to system/technical issues (hange)on the company's website, I was unable to change the billing details. Hence the order was received with the same billing address and shipping address, at the convenience of Flipkart. We have request Flipkart to generate duplicate invoice with a change in the billing name, which was not accepted under the pretext of legal restrictions, which flipkart is not able justify or highlight which legal restrictions are there.
