[Resolved] Flipkart — the biggest fraud company | |||||
I ordered a few things by using the “flipkart pay later policy” My pending bill was of rs 1700. When i paid rs 1700, after a few minutes i got a message from my bank of two payments of the same amount to flipkart. The payment resulted in double payment. That means rs 1700 were charged two times. Now i’m trying to contact flipkart and get back my money. But they are not responding and not returning my money. This is cyber crime! I will never shop from this site again, they are cheating me! It has been 5 days since this issue. I called up a staff of theirs named - bhanu, he said system is not working. And responded very rudely and fully disagreed to help me. Then a backup team member named - “kamini chouhan” called me. Even she was very rude and she did not help me. This is how they are cheating a poor person like me. I hardly spend money on these items, and when i spent they are cheating me. Mu registered email id - me.
