[Resolved] Flipkart — the order not yet delivered | |||||
Hi team, On 13th october 2018, i ordered 2 'samsung wired headset' and 1 'boat bassheads 220 super extra bass wired headset'. The expected delivery was 20 oct. On 20th oct, i received a mail from flipkart mentioned that the order will be delivered by tomorrow (21st oct) but received nothing. On 22nd i called flipkart support and the representative escalated the issue and i have been told that you will get your order by 26th oct. Yesterday i got an email and a call from flipkart and suggest to cancel the current order and order the same product again. It doesn't make any sense to me. Why flipkart guys are asking me to order it again when the order is already there. Order number - od[protected] Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
