Flipkart — The return option throwing error while submitting the return and the customer service is slow to respond.

I ordered a Moto G31 mobile on Flipkart. It was delivered on Aug 12. But It is having a mic issue. When I speak on the phone, the other side is experiencing a heavy distortion and slowly the distortion is increasing and my voice is inaudible to the other side.

I opted to return the mobile. So when I clicked on the return option, I got some options and i selected "the recieved item is defective" option. Once I filled the comments, i submitted the query. But it is showing "Oops, some error occured... " And not moving forward. I need a solution for this before 19th August.

I want to place replacement request for my laptop but it is displaying error "oops something went wrong, please try again later".
I received a defective laptop and it didn't even turned on after arrival.return date is ending on 6th October. Order ID-OD[protected]
