Hello, this is yamini from Gujarat recently on 12th October 2016 i ordered a handset of Samsung from flip kart with order number OD[protected] . i was pay my whole amount from my credit card but don't know how automatically they canceled my order without my confirmation and when i called up to customer care an executive said that if i have an emergency than i can purchase from market and when i was asked for my money than he said it may refund in 8 working day. Oct 18, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved finally refund done. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 16, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Due to tech issue order was cancelled. We have asked customer to place fresh order via Email.
Verified Support Nov 08, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response As the issue had already been addressed.
