Verified Support Apr 13, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, she says that she is facing battery and network issues and given trouble shooting steps but the problem, still persists and also ear phones are missing, when checked customer and requested for replacement, approved replacement request, closing the case.
