[Resolved] Flipkart — Too much delay in costly product | |
Flipkart giving dates after dates, they missed promise date 3 times, I bought laptop on date 03/10/2021, first promise date was 09/10/2021 and they missed it. and then second was 12/10/2021 also missed it. and then third they told was 18/10/2021 (wasn't on app or website via phone call) and today is 20/10/2021, they again date forwarded to 25/10/2021. My product is laptop, worth above 1, 00, 000 still nobody giving attention like this price is nothing. My main problem is that I can't cancel it because 1) that product is not available all the time 2) sometime its not reachable on my area-pincode 3) it cost 15000 more than it is now I trusted flipkart for this product and nothing good came out of it, now I can't purchase it on amazon either prices are high everywhere, Its clearly fault of FLIPKART I want product, but they always says "we took your complaint, forwarded" they just takes complaints and make the customer wait. they are not giving me address of where product is, so that I can pick up my laptop hence they failed to do so.
