[Resolved]  Flipkart — Touch not Working properly.

Sir, I, V. Srinivasa rao resident of Plot no:7, Rohini apartments, Koneru lakshmaiah street, Krishna nagar, Labbipet, Vijayawada - 520010 buy the following product, Model: Lava iris x1 Grand (white & silver 8GB) purchased in the month of February in rupees 7100/-, When mobile is connected through charger and via cable to system touch is NOT working at the same it is hanging, it results so much of inconvenience. Because of this I am unable to make even an out going call while it is in charging. I want to replace this mobile with new one. so please take necessary steps to solve this problem.
