Flipkart — Touch screen of mobile moto- e not playing and cover of mobile not fitted tightly

Dear SIR,
The MOTO-E Mobile was purchased by my daughter-in-law through her collegue sh Sham Shama on dt.27/08/2014
through cash on delivery which was gifted me on 01/09/2014 on my birthday.But when i used the Mobile moto-e black
colour it touch screen figure did not work by touching the screen and the cover of the mobile also do not fit tightly.
The mobile is within the warranty period .I have got noted the request for replacement on dt.10/09/2014 at 7.04 pm.
but the company did not care my request for REPLACEMENT OF MOBILE SET.

KINDLY ARRANGE TO GET IT REPLACE THE MOBILE SET IMMEDIATELY.
