[Resolved] Flipkart — Transaction complaint | |||
I ordere running shoe through Flipkart, when I made payment through phonepay app, it's displayed as successful and money debited from my account transaction Id is P2009192050102225353070 But for Flipkart side said not received.so I got my product by cash on delivery. But am not refunded, so I return my product. And the problem is, I refunded only for cash delivery amount, not online transaction, phonepay said, merchant not responsible. Please help to get my money back. And order Id isOD[protected]. Again is said I received the amount which I paid through cash on delivery. Not phonepay money. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Nov 14, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. The seller has processed the refund of Rs. 1023 for order ID: OD[protected] on Oct 09, 2020 and will should have reflected in your bank account by Oct 12, 2020. Request you to note down the ARN:[protected]. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
