[Resolved] Flipkart — transaction failed but not get money back | |
Sir i have placed an order and that order is canceled and payment is being credited to flipkart but i have not get my money back plz help me how may i get my money back and in in how much time...??? Transaction id:s36959357 from this id 999rupees is being debited from from my account and one more id:s41300937 from this 1999 is being debited from my account plzz help.. Oct 20, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 14, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support Sep 16, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complaint was amount debited but order not confirmed so apologized and info given that one amount of Rs.999/- is refunded back for which bank transaction ID is also given and for the amount of Rs.1999/- refund is processed on 15th Sept'18 and for the amount deducted from the E-gift voucher requested customer to ask original buyer to contact Flipkart as per policy, customer agreed and closed the complaint from our end.
