[Resolved]  Flipkart — tv entertainment unit

I have ordered the Product on Jun 4th and received on 14th, on 21st Jeeves Engineer visited my home at 11 PM, till morning 7 am he did installation and the product get damaged, after the installation he agreed that he doesn't know how to install it.

After that story begins... Many times (almost 50 to 60 times) I called Flipkart help line number which starts with 1800 and Conveyed the same information, they sent one more Engineer to see the product, after checking the product that person also agreed and updated the authorities on damage of the product.

Initially i requested for replacement, they ask me to wait till June 23rd to resolve the issue, I didn't get any response from team, then I decided to cancel the product and requested for refund, cancelled the order on 24th.

Received call on 24 th and they said they will resolve issue by 26 th then they postponed it to 27th then 29th then Jul 3, After that I received a message from flipkart saying that they can't refund because the return policy of my product is only applicable till Jul3rd.

Who made mistake here? why customer should suffer because of the tech fault?

It is so pathetic and worst experience one can ever face.
