Flipkart — TV installation pending since 24-Oct

Tv purchased on 21-Oct and delivered on 24-Oct (Order Id OD[protected]. It was promised that installation would be done within 48 hours. That was not done.
When I called on 26-Oct I was told that it would be done by 11 pm on same day. That too did not happen
When I called on 27-Oct (Incident Id: IN[protected] I was told that the installation was cancelled since my contact number was not reachable. But there was no SMS or email sent mentioning that the Technician is trying to reach me.
Again when I called again on 29-Oct to check status on this incident I was told that it was auto closed by the system. So I logged another complaint (IN[protected] and spoke to the senior Executive who told me that the new date for installation is 4-Nov.

So I decided to investigate and called Jeeves the company that handles installation for Flipkart and I was told that THERE IS NO TICKET LOGGED BY FLIPKART for installation of my TV!!! It means that all this time Flipkart was bluffing regarding the installation.
It is also indicated by fact that while the Flipkart system is able to call me they claim the installation person was not able to reach me. To avoid any such problems I even gave them my alternate number on 26-Oct and was told that it will take upto 29-Oct to get it updated in the system...4 days to update a contact number!!!
Additionally there is no email Id available for raising grievances. In fact they did not even send an email / SMS for every complaint that I have logged. I had to maintain record of these details .

Going by the other complaints regarding Flipkart installation this has been a regular problem faced by many customers. If the company is seriously committed to serving its customers and retaining them it should address this problem IMMEDIATELY!
