[Resolved] Flipkart — unble to use wallet money | |||
Hi, I have refund some item and got my money back to flipkart wallet. Now i want to use this money but getting error. Error:-Wallet payment option is only available for orders where WS Retail is the sole seller. So either you suggest from where i can choose WS retail products to select or transfer my wallet money to Bank Account. Verified Support Jan 03, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that he not able to get the product in WS Retail so he want wallet amount to transfer to his account. Informed customer will transfer the amount to bank account and taken bank details and informed customer that amount will reflect in your account within 5 business days and customer agreed. Hence closing the case.
