[Resolved] Flipkart — undelivered due to shipment damaged - acer aspire 3 laptop | |||
Hello team, I just ordered an acer aspire 3 ryzen 5 laptop for ₹38240. I paid in full for this at the time of ordering and the order was confirmed. It was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of aug. On 4th august i tracked my order and it says "undelivered due to shipment damaged" at my nearest hub. I have attached the photo of the laptop and the tracking details. The seller is retailnet, and the shipment is facilitated through ekart logistics. After contacting flipkart's support team, they suggested to cancel and reorder the item. Now let me put three things clear. 1) why can't flipkart send a replacement from their end because the shipment is damaged? 2) why should i wait for 6-10 days to be refunded the amount? 3) why should i reorder the item, which id being sold at a higher cost (₹39, 999) now?
