[Resolved] Flipkart — Unethical Behavior, Scam | |||||
Ordered 2 Ram Sticks From Flipkart on 26th March 2017, 2*4GB Corsair 1600mhz ddr3 sticks, opened the packaged which was tightly packed and of length in which i dont think anyone can fit a ram, but the rams were tightly packed and flexed in the packet. Opened the packet just to find 1*idk what gb, no sticker, ram which was broken(the chip was scratched) and a cheap and fake corsair sticker was placed diagnally, on the backside of the ram (its placed on the front and straight) . The Second Ram Was A 512MB dusty ddr2 used ram(these can be found for 200rs in the market) Made A Return Request 5 Mins after the delivery, flipkart customer care firstly declined from taking the product back as it was non-returnable (its non returnable if you get what you asked for, not that you ask for an iphone and get a nokia 1100 and then say its non refundable), straight up scam. After 20-30mins of Stressfull talking he agreed to take the ram sticks back, next day the delivery boy came to pickup the sticks, he accepted the 1st stick and said "oh this looks like the one i saw on the site, and said ok this one's fine, idk on what merit does flipkart employees its delivery personnel, he took the 2nd stick and said, it doesnt look like the on the site" i replied "if it would, then wouldn't i use it, the seller gave me fake and duplicate ram sticks", but he seemed to have no brains and kept repeating that sir "please give the site like the one on the site", after feeding the data into his minuscule brain, he called someone and said "mam the customer is giving a ram which doesn't look like the one on the site" and kept repeating the same line for 10-15 times wasting my time (maybe he was using free jio voice plan), this all happened on 27th, a day after i received the ram sticks Now, on 28th another person comes to my home and says sir 1 ram stick got accepted and take this, the 2nd ram stick and please make a return request for it again, i said ok and took the 2nd stick back, made a request again for 2nd stick pickup, 10:19 return request created, 6:22 return request cancelled due to "Product Mismatch", he didn't even come to my house to collect the ram stick. i keep calling the flipkart support but either they put me on hold for eternity, or they keep saying that, senior executives will contact you by 30th march. Also the delivery date keeps changing on the flipkart site, ram was delivered on 26th then on 27th and then on 28th, like what the hell, is this an e-commerce giant or a local shop?? What I Need To Understand Is How The Hell Does A Return Takes More than 2 return request and 4-5 days, when you can just pick them up and give the refund?? the seller packs junk and sells it to the consumer and flipkart wont even bat an eye to see whats inside the package, but now when i want to return that junk, they will check inside every detail and say "hey this is junk, this is not what we are selling on the website" and thats literally what i am trying to say, if you are selling 4gigs of ram on your site and that too orignal, then why are you giving me 200rs junk ? i paid 4700rs for this. 1 More Thing, i Bought the items from the seller Revoox, Then The Shipment says Acme Technologies, now if i try to go to the order page and review revoox it says "not from this seller" and if i try to rate RetailNet(i brought other items from this seller) it says you bought "Corsair DDR3 ram from this seller", what kind of product takes 3 sellers ? I Want An Answer, And I Am Not Going To let It Go easily, consumer courts will make flipkart pay more than the ram price, and they are going to regret the kind of behavior they are doing.
