Flipkart — Unethical behaviour and delayed delivery | |||
Dear sir, This is to bring in your kind notice that i have ordered a leeco le 1s eco handset from a reputed brand “flipkart” but very sorry to say that i have a worst experience from both ur delivery and customer care care services….. Your company have picked my handset imei number and offered me exchange offer with “ x” value but really to sorry to say that at the time of delivery ur e-kart executive revaluated my handset again??? And denied to handover me my goods and said company had given u wrong offer!!! And after my written complaint on ur website, your two of the senior members assured me that ur goods have been reshippen and u will receive the same within next 24 hrs…. Now really shocked to see that they have cancelled my order and issued refund of my goods…whereas i have not requested for any refund??? What is this sir??? Not expected from such a brand.
