[Resolved]  Flipkart — Unethical behaviour, fake promises & irresponsibility of customer support executives including senior staff

Reference to the above mentioned subject, be informed that I have placed an order (id: OD[protected] of haier refrigerator on Monday at 10.59 pm through flipkart dated 4th Oct. Order has been placed to the following address by mistake.

So I have made a call to flipkart's toll free number [protected] at 5.19 pm on Tuesday dated 5th Oct and arranged for a call back. Then I got an immediate call back from flipkart from the number [protected] by 5.20 pm on the same day. Customer support executive named Ms. Minu has collected all details and promised me that my order delivery has been changed to the desired address as mentioned below

But I did not see any update in flipkart and I made multiple calls to flipkart and talked to Mr. Hari and Mr. Jibin at 09.11 pm and 09.48 pm respectively. They told me that the desired address was not updated yet and they were helpless. So they tried to escalate the calls to seniors but unfortunately all the seniors were busy. Mr. Hari promised to arrange a call back from senior person within 2 to 4 hours and I did not receive any call back. Mr. Jibin told me to contact inbetween 8 am to 9 pm to get connected to a senior executive to resolve my issue. I feel the same is really irresponsible when a plus customer is waiting in the line and the senior executive cannot talk to him for a while for such an urgent issue after several tries.

Again I have arranged a call back and one of the senior executives Mr. Fazil attended me by 9.38 am to 10.04 am dated 06th Oct. He told me that the server is down promised that he himself will call back within an hour on or before 11.04 am. I did not get any call back from Mr. Faizal even. Again I have arranged a call back to talk to the senior executive to resolve my issue by 2.10 pm and waited for 40 minutes up to 3.pm and no senior executive attended my issue. So I was forced to cancel my order against my wish due to the unethical behaviour by flipkart customer executives. Also I have sent detailed mail to [protected]@flipkart.com and 2 reminders dated 06th Oct and did not receive any response for that even.

Further to the above, I regret to note that Flipkart is misguiding me by giving fake or wrong information and my problem is not yet resolved. With all due respect I would like to file this complaint for the unethical behaviour, fake promises & irresponsibility of customer support executives including senior staff Mr. Fazil and also be requested to get a compensation from flipkart for the time (22 hrs) I wasted talking to the executives and waiting for a problem solution.

It is not resolved. I have faced lot of difficulties and my mental stress was unbearable from Oct 4th to Oct 6th. I need compensation for the following reasons.
1) waste of time by talking to flipkart customer care executives without getting any solution.
2) I lost the offer and now it is showing Rs. 4500 extra to place the same item.
3) Flipkart and their executives betrayed me giving fake promises several times.
4) Took lot of time and stress to complete the formalities to close the emi and I need to pay the interest for the order unnecessarily.
5) Lot more things such as mental stress, waste of time & money, unethical behaviour etc.
Considering all the above facts I need a reasonable compensation amount not less than Rs. 20, 000

Dear sir/ ma'am,
I have received my amount back to the account. My issue was not regarding the refund. As I explained clearly, it is regarding the irresponsive and unethical behaviour by flikart executives. I was forced to cancel that order only due to that issue. I lost the coupon discount of Rs.1500 for that item, I lost the one time bank offer of Rs. 1750 & 1250 for that item. Also have gone through several difficulties due to the false information received from Flipkart executives. Several fake promises were given and nothing happened.
I want Rs. 20, 000 as compensation for the difficulties faced from 04th Oct to 06th Oct from Flipkart and its executives.
