[Resolved] Flipkart — Unnecessary delayed in product delivery | |
Hi, I have ordered Iphone 12 on 2nd October midnight and promised delivered date is 3rd October. Product is already reached to my destination city Rajkot ( Gujarat) on 3rd October at 7 AM in the morning already. But my product was not delivered on 3rd October and I get a message for delay in delivery and next promised date is given as 5th October. But its already passed 5th October and still I didn't get my product delivered. I went to the Ekart logistics office also in Rajkot and they are also not co-operating and not locating my parcel. And now today I get a message that next delivery date is before 9th October. So I want to raise a complaint against flipkart for delaying in deliver unnecessarily. Please help me to resolve my issue.
