Flipkart — Unprofessional Customer Executive Refusing to Return Defective Phone | |||||
I had purchase Lenovo Vibe K5 Note. From the day one my phone has a call speaker issue. I am unable to hear clearly what the caller is speaking. I tried using different SIM cards and also made calls from different locations but the issue still persists. I have done hard reset and software update. Nothing helped. I had immediately raised a return request on the same day I received the delivery. Your team did smartcheck and say my phone is fine. How can you say my phone just by running app remotely and doing checks on my phone. You come and make a call and then decide if you are able to hear the caller's voice.
