[Resolved] Flipkart — #urgent - escalation - smartphone order issue | |||
Hello, This is regarding a smartphone order issue that I recently ordered. Order date - Mon, Jul 9th '18 11:54 AM The smartphone - Asus ZenFone 5Z (Midnight Blue, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM), that I received from Flipkart has many issues and I wanted to get it returned. This phone's camera quality is very poor and images captured by this phone has lot of noise and is of degraded quality, adding to this it has also issue with wifi and face recognition. This was very disappointing and was not expected. I tried returning this phone back, but thrice my return order got failed. the technician who visited to my home to rectify the issue, had only taken few images and returned without checking other issues, and post that he declared everything is fine, but that is not true and this was very frustrating. I tried calling Flipkart Help desk as well multiple times, but every time they will continue telling their policies and return is not possible and nothing can be done. One of the agent from Help Desk was with me on call for more than half hour without saying a word, waiting for something I don't know what was that and dropped the call lastly without any resolution. This is the worst service I ever seen. I understand there are policies made by Flipkart and sellers so as to sell and provide a better service. But the current Flipkart's return policy is really pathetic, in comparison with other, no other e-commerce companies posses such kind of wicked policies. However it should be customer oriented and not against customer's values and interest. I no longer want this phone anymore or need any further technical assistance, I just want to return the phone back, and do not want anymore replacements. I want this issue to be escalated further and get a resolution without any further delay. Verified Support Aug 10, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer has raised the issue with regards to the defective product as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to the relevant team and 4 times the technician visit is been arranged and the issue is been resolved. hence closing the case as from our end.
