[Resolved] Flipkart — Very pathetic service | |||||
Order no. OD[protected] Invoice no. OUYBMH[protected] Invoice Date: 25/05/2017 I had ordered Apple iPod Touch worth Rs.16000 but instead of delivering iPod #Flipkart delivered Parle-G Biscuits. When we called the #flipkart call center to get a resolution. They give us this Complaint no. IN[protected] and Nandani (Call Center Executive) promised us to resolve this by 3rd May but all failed. After spending more than a week they didn't revert nor deliver the iPod.. Very Bad Delivery service. After numerous follow-ups and escalations, #flipkart were completely not interested in delivering and respect their own commitments. Very rude and lying staff. They are not interested in doing their own duties with poor management of their complaints process. Really very pathetic service and totally not acceptable. If I will not receive my iPod within 2 days, I will take legal steps against #Flipkart. Exclusively #FakeFlipkart Was this information helpful? | |||||
