[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart Rejecting Return Request for Damaged Wakefit Mattress

I ordered a Wakefit mattress from Flipkart, but the product was delivered in damaged condition with a visible cut/tear on the mattress cover. I raised multiple return requests within the active return window, but Flipkart repeatedly rejected my requests without providing any valid reason. I have attached photos of the damaged product and screenshots of the rejected return requests. I request Flipkart to approve the return/refund or replacement immediately.
