[Resolved]  Flipkart — vj interior leatherette office arm chair (brown, set of 2)

I ordered for office chairs through flipkart and i got the ordered delivered.
Product: vj interior leatherette office arm chair (Brown, set of 2)
Delivery condition: diy (Do-it-yourself)
Order id: od[protected]

Issue: the product is in assembled state and cannot be used. The product is given as do it yourself and it needs carpenter assembly and cannot be done (I tried already, its tedious).

I tried calling up flipkart support multiple times and also via email but no one is helping.

When i brought a product, i ordered it trusting flipkart and not any seller. Flipkart cannot do this to me.

Action:
1. Escalate this and get installation done quickly (Am ready to pay if you need)
2. Correct your page removing diy (Do it yourself) which is wrong in page https://www.flipkart.com/vj-interior-leatherette-office-arm-chair/p/itmeqhhzmnzg8fmx?pid=OSCEQHHZ9FBHNKZ...⇄
3. Inform/contact seller this needs installation and make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else.
4. Share flipkart escalation email to customers, as its our right to know.

I am hoping for a favorable answer, i am here because i have nowhere else to go.
