[Resolved] Flipkart — voltage stabilizer | 5 times ordered but still showing "misroute (other city misrouted)" | |||
Its been almost a week now, flipkart and its logistics partner "ekart" are playing game with me. On saturday i ordered an ifb ac and a compatible microtek stabilizer from flipkart on the below address. Add: Mr mahesh bansal House no 147 Ward no 5, tauru Taoru - 122105 Haryana I got the ac delivery on time but regarding microtek stabilizer, i got the delivery status as misroute (Other city misrouted) on my flipkart app. I checked with the flipkart customer care and they informed me that there was some issue with product delivery from logistics end and requested me to cancel the product and re-order it and informed that this will not happen in future as this happens very rarely. Then i reordered that product (Microtek stabilizer) but after 2 days got the same status : misroute (Other city misrouted). I again called the customer care and they provided the same answer, to cancel the product and re-order it. I asked them multiple times to try find the reason that why this is happening but they didn't bother about that and harshly replied to cancel and re-order the product. At last since i need the stabilizer for my ac, i re-ordered 3 same compatible stabilizer as i do not know that which order will face the issue again. I again waited for 2 more days and then unexpectedly received the same status for all new fresh orders that it has been misrouted to other city. Similarly this time as well they do not have any reason for that and they asked me to re-order again. When i asked them to escalate this issue, they simply said that there is no other solution for that and cancelled one of the order product from their end. This is really very frustrating, instead of finding the reason that why this is happening they are disturbing the customer again and again. Below are the order ids and their date of order placed. Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the shipment was mis-routed, we were unable to deliver the order. Confirmed with the customer that the latest order has been delivered. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
