[Resolved]  Flipkart — voltas ac provided by flipkart & services issue

I purchased an voltas 2 ton ac from flipkart on friday 18th may 2018 for an amount of rs. 37999/-, and the product was delivered to me on 21st may 2018, the installation service was provided by jeevees, company. It was mentioned on the product page that the charges for installation services amounting to rs. 1699/-, stand worth rs. 750/- and other charges as applicable including stabilizer and other parts. The jeevees guys came and installed the product and also provided a stabilizer worth rs. 2450/- and a stand worth rs. 750/-. After installing all the required instruments (Note: stabilizer and stand are necessary for installation and testing), when the technical person tried to test the product, the product didn't started and it was found to be defective. The technical person of jeevees raised the issue and the product was replaced by flipkart. The replaced unit sent by flipkart was also defective. Then the flipkart initiated the refund and the same was received. Now i am laying down with a stabilizer and stand which the company was refused to take stating that the same is not sold by the company and not a part of the product. It is to be noted that without stabilizer and stand the product could not be tested and if the product was defective then where is the customers fault in that and why i am supposed to bear loss of the amount of stabilizer and stand. On 6th of june 2018, i raised a complaint with flipkart with the ref no. In[protected] which was raised by a flipkart employee who also took on call jeevees employees and manager. All of them agreed that the stabilizer and the stand are to be bought back by the service provided. Now on 12 june 2018 i called flipkart who bluntly refused on the last issue and stated that i should call the jeevees guys and when i called the jeevees guy on 14 june 2018, the same refused to take back the stabilizer and stand, refusing to their previous stand of taking it back and then stating that taking back the product is not in our policy.

It was made very clear on the flipkart site that the stabilizer and stand are part and parcel of the product and are necessary for installation and successful running of the product so purchased from flipkart. Now if the product so delievered to me by the flipkart turns to be defective, then where is my fault and why should i bear the cost of the stabilizer and stand. I have requested flipkart and jeevees guys plenty of time and no heed has been paid by any of them and they are making me call the other again and again.
