[Resolved] Flipkart — vu 55 inch led tv with order id-od[protected] | |
Flipkart delivered me a defective tv and when i requested for return they said that they will replace the product. But it has been more than a month and nobody has come to pickup the tv. The flipkart officials are always saying that they have escalated the issue and will be picked up. I shall wait for next 3 working days otherwise i will lodge my complaint to the following email ids: 1. https://pmopg.gov.in/pmocitizen/Grievancepmo.aspx 2. https://rtionline.gov.in 3. Feb 4, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 02, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support Jan 01, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer had complained that he has received the defective product. Taken the return request for refund. Informed to customer the refund is processed from our end on 30/12/2017 and the same will reflect in his account on or before 04/01/2018 as per the bank standing instructions hence closing the case from our end.
