[Resolved]  Flipkart — wallet balance is not showing order id -od[protected]

Dear sir,
With due respect i let you know that i have purchased YOUTHEN SOLID POLO Order id is OD[protected] dated 14/08/2017 and due to size its has been returned on 18/08/2017 after complaining it into the customer care.
In the refund process of INR 564 /-wrongly credited into the wallet inspite of bank account which is already updated and before it we have cancel or refund product and get the money in our bank account and for this we are happy to deal with your concern.
But this time they have wrongly do this and they have take the appology for this and they confirm that the amount can be transferred to my bank account but we didnt do this.Next day one customer care executive told that its cant be transferred and i have misguided.At last your customer care executive said that it cant be done and I have to download the "phonepay" and after downloading this I am unable to transferred the money in my bank account for this i have already complain.
Today when.i am going to buy some product and want to debit my wallet account and its seems that my wallet balance is" 0" and i have informed your customer care and they also confirm it that there is no amount in my wallet. But i have not use it any how.
Now my question is. is it my fault?If your company wrongly do something from its own to my amount into my wallet without asking my besides my bank account how i will suffer?
Please do the needful for solve the problem at the earliest.
