[Resolved] Flipkart — Wallet money blocked

Dear sir, i am ashish trivedi. I purchased 3 redmi 4 phones in last 6 months for my friend and family members because they are not aware much more about sale on flipkart and how placing an order with online merchant. But flipkart blocked my account and capture my money of 1450 which is in flipkart wallet. I sent so many emails to them but they are ignoring me.
They are always saying your money will safe with us. How can is it safe.
If they are unable to unblock account then please transfer my money to my linked email id.
Please sir take action about this.

This would mean that any new order you attempt to place will also get canceled and you will not be able to use your Flipkart Wallet anymore. We are concerned and would like to understand the issues you are facing in a better way.
