I bought two syska led bulbs in april .it got defected in nov only and eevn when i complained they just gave number of syska company and after that no action is taken from there side that product is still delivered or not.

i called them regarding this they said that no need t worry it will et resolved in 24 hours but no

its very irresponsible of them

Updated by nishakiranbharti I bought two syska led bulbs from flipkart.it has two yr warrenty .i purchased it in april.it got defused in nov.i called flipkart.they gave number of syska.we called them registerd a complain
complain number is ec[protected]
i even coueried the bulb to the addres given by them.
but till now no action is taken and even they have blocek the number.i am not able to call them
so i clled them from my friends number

Updated by nishakiranbharti i got the new product but till now they have not refunded me the amount, i use to call them but they say it will be done soon n its been more than 2 months.
secondly whenever i mail syska led they never reply
