[Resolved] Flipkart — warranty of product | |||
I bought syska ht100 trimmer from flipkart on[protected]. Invoice Number :- FAAVUF[protected]. The trimmer stopped working within few days of purchase. As the trimmer is in warranty period so i want to claim by warranty. And also there is no service center of syska in my city i.e Unnao, Uttar Pradesh. Pin Code :-209801. So, How should I claim warranty? I e-mailed and called syska's customer care service and flipkart many times but no solid response from both of you. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer had complained that his product is not working. Hence, we informed the customer that the product is out of seller's 10 days replacement policy and informed the customer to visit authorized service center. Hence, closing the case from our end.
