[Resolved] Flipkart — Water Purifier installation delay | |
I have ordered Pure it water purifier (OD[protected] on 14th June, 2021 and it is delivered on 17th June, 2021 and installation promising date was 21st June, 2021. However, till date (24th June) there is no installation completed and no response received from anybody. I have raised a complaint on 22nd June regarding the same but no response from Flipkart also. Is this the service you provide to customers who always believe and buy all the products (irrespective of type of products) from Flipkart. I want this issue to be escalated to higher level and I need proper justification and resolution asap, not like boring statement saying "we will get back with resolution soon". I don't believe such words again and again from you. Very worst service and worst e-commerce platform in India. No accountability, credibility and nothing deserved to serve to customers.
