[Resolved] Flipkart — website glitch [incident: in[protected]] | |||||
Hi, I was charged twice for an item i ordered online using flipkart and two of the same items were delivered.in the first instance the webdite noted that my payment has been declined, and asked to input all my card details again, which i did. Verified Support Mar 09, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer had raised the issue with regards amount has charged twice and 2 mobiles has been deliveredas we have interacted with the customer and and we have escalated this issue to the concerned team as an exception seller has picked up the product and provided the refund to customer and informed the same to customer, hence closing the case from our end. Verified Support May 29, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the amount was debited twice from customer account. We have interacted with the customer and informed that both the orders have been confirmed. Hence, we have raised a return request with the seller for the refund of one order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on March 08, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

Flipkart is worst e-commerce site. Better go with Amazon. It's ethical e-commerce site. Good replacement or refund policy with Return pickup arrangement facility. And if for some reason, you are self shipping the product back to Amazon seller, you will get courier reimbursement charges as well.
