[Resolved] Flipkart — whirlpool 1.5t ac 3 star 2018 | |||
I orderd this ac on 19th may delivered on 26th may at the time of delivery The outdoor unit of ac is faulty so i complain against it on 27th may but Flipkart reject my complain for unknown reason. On date 29th may again i complain on 29th may for this unit and til now on 11th june there are 23 days passed away but flipkart did not do any thing even my return approval is also in pending. It is flipkart's responsibility to start ac within 10 days but even any of your executive does not listen my request, i continuously calling to your customer care. Because of 3rd class behavior towards customer i want to return this Product and need refund. Because i purchase this ac for summer seasion and now summer season is over And starts rain in rajkot at delivery addresh. And i dont want to west may money.
