Dear sir I am qaseem Ahmad I am regular costumer of flipkart I booked yureka black 5040 after read all configurations I was very happy before product delivered to me After I received yureka mobile phone It is not giving performance against company's giving configurations company falsified against given configuration like 13mp camera working like 8mp 4gb ram giving slow speed Battery backup very poor Company has a 10 days return option but flipkart refuse me in few hours to return product and now they are not receiving my call on my number I am calling customer care since after receive my product But I couldn't any help from customercare Please help me to refund my sweat hardworking earn money It's my email ID and phone number on flipkart [protected]@gmal.com [protected] Order id[protected] Thanks and regards Qaseem ahmad Was this information helpful? | |||||
