[Resolved] Flipkart — worst service (mis router in a same city) several times | |||
Respected Concern person, I am Bhaskar, Genuine customer of Flipkart, I Placed the order using flipkart of POCO F1 phone worth Indian rs 20000, I received faulty product (I think this is common issue, Flipkart will easily replace it), I raised a request to Replace my product, Flipkart another tie uped Partner Jeeves person came to found the issue, Unfortunately he also found an issue, after that he told me, There is not any policy to replace product in single request you have to raise another request i will full fill it from my office no need to recheck your product and he cancelled my request, I raised another request, After very lengthy process of replacement finally i got replacement on 13th of December, I received my first product on 8th of December, And new replaced phone shipped from GURUGRAM by seller, But its a funny movement is that it miss routed two times, I placed order for another product on same address I received it but by strange my replaced product is not able to find my address. Its really a strange, In a morning both product are in motherhub Indore, But one product dispatched to Rajendra nagar and new product I place order on 14th it dispatched toward Indore hub. What the worst service by both companies. This is my concern and now come to the point, I am very frusted from both of this company i am waiting to use my product from 10 days, I need compulsation from flipkart. Please take replacement policy seriously. I paid for this product not giving me flipkart free of cost. Kindly Requested to flipkart, Please forword my complaint for comuplsation, I am enclosed my product detail with this email, Please find below, If filpkart will not take responsibility i will go with consumer forum.
