[Resolved] Flipkart — worst service provider | |||
You can not trust flipkart. I had ordered a mobile on march 13. After 1 day i saw screen and heating issue. So i filed a return request. Your technician came and check my mobile and find screen issue. But refuse to mention in job sheet. According to him he only came to check heating issue. I tried a lot to convince him that both issues were mentioned in return request but he don't want to understand. So i completed to flipkart. Then i cast a second return request and clearly mention screen issue. After some time i got message that your issue is resolved and tech visit is completed. What is this? Are you people kidding with me? What nonsense is this? Your employer did not come to my house and he did not even check my phone. He put a false report.in my first technical visit, he had my signatures on job sheet. But in second tech visit he must have done my signature on job sheet. So i am going to register case against flipkart in consumer forum.
