[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong and defective mobile received and the company is not returning/refunding | |||
I have placed a Samsung S6 black mobile phone order - OD[protected] with flipkart. I have received a golden colour phone. The seal on box is like temporary printed tape. The back cover of the phone is pasted. It is open from one side. The gum marks are there. I informed the company and asked them to return and refund the money. But they are saying either keep this phone or they will see if it can be replaced. The seller is a fraud as he is giving local assembled products. But the flipkart is not taking any responsibility. We are purchasing from Flipkart as we are expecting genuine products. Kindly help me in returning this product and process my refund. The company is not picking up the product after return complaint. And please verify the seller and don't allow the fraud/crooks on your website. Was this information helpful? | |||
