[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong brand received | |||||
I have purchased a adidas path cross outdoor shoes placed on 10th june 2018 with order no-od[protected]. 13th june i received the product but the product delivered is totally different from which i ordered. I received fila black colour shoes and the product is also in used condition. So, i contacted to customer care and raised a complaint regarding that issue and they raised a return request for refund. Verified Support Jul 02, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised complaint regarding product refund, we have interacted with customer and informed refund is completed from the seller end. Customer agreed and confirmed he received the refund amount hence closing the case from our team.
