[Resolved]  Flipkart — wrong cancellation of order

I ordered the poco phone on 15th july, 2019 with extra discount on exchange offer of old phone of rs. 2000. The delivery date was 17th.
At the time the delivery was attempted i was not at office and am really unsatisfied with the reason the delivery boy gave for not exchanging the product is that side border colour is getting little bit faded. Neither did he call me regarding the same. My phone is perfectly in good working condition as is easily visible from the pics shared by me.

I have provided all the details to flipkart, then also they have rejected my order due to the reason given by their so called expert that their is a gap in between screen and back panel which is not correct as per the image it is just sliver color vanished from side border which is not an option for cancel the order as per flipkart exchange policy.

I am very disappointed with your services and replies, therefore i will going to apply this case to consumer forum as your team is replying to order new phone and cancelled my order which leads to a difference of amount i. E. Credit card offer (1500) and exchange offer (2000), which i am not ready to bear

We wanted to inform you that the order has been canceled as the exchange product is not as per the seller exchange policy. Hence, the wish master has denied to pick up the product. However, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 20 Jul 19 and will be reflecting on your credit card by 30 Jun 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
