[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong delivery of goods | |||
My above account number[protected] with icici bank west mambalam branch was debited by rs.45999 on 04/05/2018 through my debit card for a transaction done at flipkart. I never received one time password nor the sms for the withdrawl. Also was not receiving email account statement nor the hard copy. How can the bank be so irresponsible towards the client. But to my knowledge myself or my family member has not done this transaction.. The goods purchased through my account was not delivered to me. Also my debit card was blocked by some one with the reason the card is out of shape, where as the card is as new as it was given to me by the bank.. So looking at the above scenerio i suspect faul play. So do the needful and recredit the amount in my account. Above this your branch staff at tambaram west took an updation form for registering my mobile number and email id. I have already given complaint in your tambaram branch. If this is not resolved than i will take it up with bank obudsman and cyber crime department. Hoping to receive reply Was this information helpful? | |||

As I don’t remember the password, I am using forgot option to regain the access, Once i recieve the OTP and new password is entered by me, it says “something went wrong. Try again later”.
I have been trying since last two months but it goes in vain.
