[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong delivery of mobile | |
Order ID: OD[protected] I had ordered Asus 6z 64 GB on Aug 11, 2019 in exchange offer I also give Redmi note 5 pro. But I was delivered REALME X.I had videographer the whole opening process, the delivery slip/invoice found inside the box is not matching with my address & invoice detail, perhaps the inside product is delivered to this addressee& his ordered product was wrongly exchanged with mine. I have made several complaints to customer care& sent mails but the reply is always " we don't have replacement policy. Kindly help. Ramesh Jangra M [protected] E mail.
