Flipkart — Wrong discription of product and faulty prodct

Hello sir, i have bought a asus eeebook e402ma from flipkart on 9 march 2016. Order i'd is od[protected]. And filed a return request on 11 march 2016. The product i receive hangs too much whenever i use it. Also sometimes it heats too. They have took very long time and did not approve my return request. Then they send an asus technician to me. The technician took the product from me and give me back after 2 days. But, still hanging and heating issue not resolved. They have mentioned in their tvc's that they take products back easily. But they refused me to take it back. They have mentioned 32 gb memory in this product but in the product we get only 28 gb memory in which 16 gb is full of system memory. So only 12 gb data remains. They have not given us updated windows 10. It need 4 gb data to download and extra 6 gb to consume. So it takes total 10 gb data. After updating system, we have only 2 gb memory remains. Also they have said that we get ms office and skype as inbuilt. But they have given only links to download these softwares. If we download only microsoft office it will full the memory. We can not add anything after thus. They have sent a product which is older. When i first time start it it shows my subscription for all softwares like ms office, skype, mcaffi are over six months ago. So there is a possibility that this product is used or opened before. They have not provided proper information on their site so i just want to file a complaint again them for being fraudulent to me. I have attched scrrenahots of this product from flipkart. They have provided wrong information. It hangs too much and i am not able to use it. Please take my complain and proceed further.
