[Resolved] Flipkart — Wrong octroi charges | |||
I have ordered this laptop (Order id : od[protected]. But when it was delivered, fedex guy asked for some 1400 odd inr as octroi. It was not mentioned anywhere so i didn't accept the delivery and sent back the delivery boy. Contacted flipkart customer care team and they never let me talk to their supervisor. After missing 2 deadlines, they reverted by asking me to pay the octroi and they will cashback the same amount in wallet. I have cancelled the order because of that as i don't want to pay any extra money which is not mentioned on my invoice. Also octroi extra is nowhere mentioned. Was this information helpful? | |||

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 21, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue has been addressed with customer. As the order was cancelled, request to place a fresh order.
